Damn DiMarzio!
Actully a guy over at Jemsite just asked a website (cant remeber which) and he was able to custom order in an AN7 with white tops. Remember dimarzio is really just a custom order factory

Well, it's not a seven string (OH NO!!!), but just for another reference, here's my USRG30 in transparent blue over a AAA maple top with white pickups (Air Norton and Steve's Special), white knobs and white pickup selector tip.

Hmm im think we'll give you a reprive for the crime of posting a SIX string guitar on a SEVEN string site . Now thats a very, very nice guitar indeed. Congrats!

Blue and white almost seem like they should be together dont they?

Hell yeah you guys and Jemsite have been a huge help! Ive got another month (and however long it takes me save up for the pickups) to decide anyway. The colour desition should be easy but deciding on pickups...............just a little harder

Glad to be of help. From the first time I ever conceived of doing the white on blue thing, it just seemed "right". Then I happened to stumble on some pics of a custom guitar designed by some guy over on the projectguitar site. It was basically a dark blue with white everything.. including white powder coated hardware. It was GORGEOUS. Sealed the deal right there. It's a shame that you can't get the PU's in the color you want from DiMarzio... at least through normal channels... but I know a guy who might be able to help you out if you need a name. I think he is the rep for the whole North Eastern US. He sells stuff on ebay all the time and he's who I purchase all my Dimarzio's through for a significant discount off retail. Let me know and good luck with configuring your axe.

Jeff

I think white would look great with Royal Blue. Im a fan of white pickups. I did it to my first 7620.
