![]() ![]() | I apologize for the length of time it's taken me to get this up. I hate to say it, but I only just finished this bass. I've been really busy with other projects and repairs so it's taken longer than I'd planned to finish. I delivered it at about 9:00 last night (the moment I finished intonating it) so I only have a few pics right now. I'll try and set up the strobes in the next week or so and get some real pics to post. For now, here is the Aqua Goddess. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

![]() ![]() | Eventually I'll probably build him a headless two-handed tapping instrument (like a Chapman Stick or Warr guitar). It's a 34" scale neck. The neck isn't too wide, in fact there's a pretty significant taper to the neck. I was limited by the hardware I was able to purchase (since having parts machined would have driven the cost up more than a couple hundred bucks). There is, to my knowledge, one six-string headless bass bridge system on the market. It's made by ABM and it's pretty hard to find these days. We originally wanted it in gold, but we were unable to locate any. Last edited by Chellee Guitars; 03-02-2008 at 08:21 PM. Reason: Automerged Doublepost |
