I like the logo, it's kinda hard to read, but I think that it works. it gives you an graphic imprint that you can remember.

Looks cool. The only part for me that makes it difficult to read is the F touching the I at the bottom. I think if you changed that it would be less of an eye strain. You want people to be able to read it at a glance (even if they don't know how to pronounce Chellee, I mean your company name)

I think the revised logo looks awesome
 I just hope you'll be doing it on the headstocks as a decal and not an inlay

Variant, I like the logo but is difficult to read it. I think that you should use other font, because it's kinda difficult to get what it says there.
