It's called an Edge Zero. Looks like a cross between an Edge and a ZR trem. Hard to say definitely because the page is in Japanese.

Nah, the biggie with the ZR is the ball bearing rollers, and this is knife edged.

This looks like a redesign of the LoPro, with some minor tweaks to keep the visuals in line with the Edge Pro, and an arm drilled on both sides so that it can bbe used as eiither a rightie or lefty depending on the knife edges you use, somehting I've been asking them to make for years now.

...though, looks like it still doesn't have locking studs. Also, I'm not sure if the Floyd-style arm holder means it's really low end, or Ibanez is ditching the bearings and going with a sleeve.

EDIT - I stand corrected... Interesting.

Where did you get that? The guitar looks like a 2550 but it isn't on the Ibby website.

Trem looks like shit. I like the face that an allen key will fit in there angled end first - something I've never forgiven the Edge Pro for.

Cool link! The S5470 looks like shit and the SVF looks interesting. I hope 08 isn't going to be as disappointing as all of that looks...

That looks interesting. Totally useless to me, but still...

Looks pretty sweet. And much less of a pain to balance after a setup. The inset pressure pad bolts on the saddles kind of worry me, they don't look easy to fix if one breaks or gets stripped. I like the styling, looks like the ZR trem.

The page links to the current 1527 as well with no changes, so I'm guessing they won't be making a 7 string version of this yet?

loaded it up with google translator. i dont have shit for the picture text at the top right
but for edge zero it says
Ibanez Traditional Tremolo Bridge. Edge Series Concept inherits the ZERO POINT!

so its just a newer looking edge, with a backstop. not the silky zr. a step in the right direction? yes. Success? no.
but better than nadda. i just wish it didnt have the oh so shitty collar arm

Well, with the introduction to of the MIJ 24 fret S, featuring ZR bridge. The RG is now entirely obsolete.

Although I love the RG shape, I'd be inclined to agree with this statement.

The more i look at these, the more i think ibanez is taking their biggest steps in the right direction in about 5 years.
