Question about the New Ibanez S7320. Help a brother out.

Hey guys. I am curious. With the new Zero Resistence tremelo, can you drop tune the S7320 to Drop-A without throwing the other strings out of tune? Thanks in advance for your help guys.

i believe so. i havent got mine (s7320) yet, but they make a dtuna for the 6 string version so you should be able to.
i guess it would depend on how you have your tension/resistance set, and the gauge of the string though.
but i know on a standard ernie ball 11 set, you can drop from e to d on a 6 without a problem

It'll do Drop A without a problem. Its a very stable trem, you don't even need a d-tuna or anything. Just use the fine tuner to drop it down.

...cody...not insultbanez?
lol that seems to be everybody's single favorite part of the entire s series. i just wish they made the 7 string version in other colors. gold, black, and chrome at least would be nice. id kill for pearl gold.
i love it on 6ers. just a hair stiffer than a kahler, but works like a floyd. good luck man, let us know what you end up goign for! (and post guitar porn)

Man I swear, if the ZR was attached to a guitar with a nicer neck, I would love Ibanez I am just frustrated by how close they always come to making a guitar I love, only to fail in one key area ahaha

So... wait. You can detune any string on this trem without throwing every other string out of whack?

Fucking HELL!

If only they'd put it on an RG...
