Dude.....6 string tuned in B-B it's only 6 string......for me 7 strin is not only low tuned guitar .... with 7 string I have more range in one position.

exactly. the 7th string is not only low, it adds range.
nile uses 6ers and tune to drop a. they dont need the high ... d? string still.
its up to you. is the range worth the lower availability and selection, wider neck, and slightly higher price?
i think so, but that varies from person to person
