A 8-string ESP... Yeah, reverse pointed ESP headstock, u could kill people with dat! Anyways, ESP has taken evry good old LTD models out of the markets, so 8-string would be a good freshment to their model selection!

I just hope that the market doesn't completely oversaturate like it did with all of the sevenstrings that came out in the early 2000's.

It would be perfect if Ibanez, ESP, and Schecter each did one model, then expanded as needed. It'd be cool if Ibanez and ESP did the 27" scale thing and Schecter, known for longer scales, did like a 28" (one fret longer than 26,5").

and i saw that steph was getting one aswell a while ago

I heard Jackson was making COW an 8-string, but that was before he started seeming desperate for money, so...

i hope the next commercially available 8-string has a suitable scale with at least 30" unlike the rg2228, which is standard baritone scale (27")
