One of my favorite builders

I think the individual saddles are just more flexible for different fanning specs. Saves you from having to re-design an all-in-one bridge for every guitar model.
Intonation-wise it shouldn't make any difference as long as you can get the saddles to the appropriate intonation point for each string.

I absolutely love the idea of those fret-rods and I intend to try them someday.

The unradiused fretboards are interesting. Looks like he does great work.

I know it seems weird to look at but its supposed to be easy on the left hand .. A guy told me it reduces the risk of Tendonitis ( sorry for bad grammar )

I talked with my luthier/teacher and he said that with a fanned fret system, you have the tensions thingy that we all know, but another cool thing it's the position of the hand.

When you are on the first frets, they are fanned to the right, = to the position of your hand at that point. The same happens when your on the upper frets, they are fanned to the left, = to the position of your hand at that point.

It's difficult to explain this without any pic, but I think's that ok for give you an idea.
