Ok this is more funny than hot. It looks to be the PWH Rich Harris sold about a month ago for $1525 with a starting bid of $1700 and BIN of $2000. I just pinged the guy asking if it's the same guitar

Yup, I confirmed it with the guy, it's the one Rich sold. I'll be amazed if he gets that for it. I sent this back to him:

"I'll wish you good luck selling it for that. I'm a member of one of the largest seven string guitar communities on the net, and everyone agrees Rich's prices are on the high side and he only gets them because of his reputation and killer setups. Trying to mark up above what he was selling it for isn't likely to happen. You'd be likely to get your asking price on a dead mint PWH, unfortunately the one you're selling isn't."

Very swish, my only concern is that inlay.

How much would a fretboard replacement cost these days?

Richard Fay charges £200 and his work is top notch. I wouldn't really worry about the inlay much, most people don't even notice it when you play live and the K7 sounds great.

The thing is as well,it looks like the price it's already at is probably because some other numb-nuts believed him.

They did briefly make a USA bolt-on RR called the RR2 back in 1996-97, but that was only a 6-string, and was obviously a USA based on the ebony fretboard and MOP headstock logo. There is nothing about the RR7 that screams "expensive USA Jackson." Not one of Jackson's finer moments.
