it is the wave inlays i have no idea how that works since there is no model with a 7 neck with those inlays that he could of swapped it for. How does it even fit?

The wave inlay S7 was a Guitar Center exclusive i think. Its real. ;D

Are all the blue flamed maple S7s FMTTs? I thought it was TB er something.. whats the difference?

There was an argument about this earlier on here somewhere. I think the dot neck is S7420FMTT and the wave S7420FMTW but who knows

Those are fucking awful, I had one as my first 7 string. I can honestly say it's the worst guitar I've ever owned.

Ibanez has a finish called Twilight Blue which is what the finish on the S7420 is. Wave inlays or no wave inlays it's a S7420FMTW, the wave inlays are only a GC exclusive so IMO that shouldn't have an effect on the model name. I think people just associate the inlays into the model name just to classify wave inlays or no wave inlays.

It doesnt. Ive been readin that Ibanez Untold Story book, and they talked a bit about the finishes.. TW = Twilight Blue and TT = Trans Turquoise.. The waves actually dont have anything to do with the model name. The guitar was actually released with 2 finishes.. One a bit darker and green than the other.

Oh and the Satch model was based off the Radius. I dont know if we ever cleared that up.
