Sepultorture is a jewel in the rough
7 strings on ishibashi question

so after clicking on ishibashi guitars looking for the RG extreme 7 string, i read some of the specs and saw that it says "neck-thru".

any one know if this is true or not. if so, i'm buying it now.

this must be a typo or mistake.

my friend is an endorsee- he says not all their guitars are released at NAMM.
Also, are you sure its not a small order of one=offs for Ishibashi?
I know Ikebe gets those, fixed bridge esp...

Beta is a jewel in the rough
It does say neck-thru.

I'm not saying it's right, because it isn't. Ikebe's Web site says it's bolt-on (in the entry for the Black Pearl one).

Naren's review has a link to his picstory thread about the guitar, shown from many angles in all its bolt-on glory.

I wish I hadn't responded to this thread. Now I'm GASsing for one, again.

I bought that guitar from Ishibashi, it is bolt on, so I would say it is a typo.

I think I read somewhere that there is some type of relationship between Ikebe and Ibanez/Hoshino Gakki, something like they are owned by in-laws. I just did a quick search but I could not find it but if it is true that might explain why Ikebe get special models.

Your link goes to the main site...

edit: Found it and it does say neck through. ANd its wrong. There's no special vversion or it would be in the Ikebe specials.

Glory and praise to Thee, Satan, on high,
Where Thou didst reign, in Hell where Thou dost lie,
Vanquished, silent, dreaming eternally.
Grant that my soul some day rest close to Thee
Under the Tree of Knowledge which shall spread
Its branches like a Temple overhead.

I just think its funny, the images changes based on your PC, like you might get a neck through one if you're running a 486 or something
