Fixed bridge + microtuners

Hi all,

I am looking for a fixed 7-string bridge, with micro tuners.

The only i know with those specs is the Ibanez Edge III, but even don't know if this one is available in 7-string version (i have seen only on the RG 2228 8-string guitar) and where to purchase one.

What do you know about this bridge? Any other cool chances?

Thanks in advance.

I know Schaller make a six string version so they might have a seven model too, though I've never seen it.

Oddly enough, i've only seen those bridges on 6 string and 8 string guitars.

You could always just but a guitar with a lo-pro and block the hell out of the bridge.

Glory and praise to Thee, Satan, on high,
Where Thou didst reign, in Hell where Thou dost lie,
Vanquished, silent, dreaming eternally.
Grant that my soul some day rest close to Thee
Under the Tree of Knowledge which shall spread
Its branches like a Temple overhead.

Yes... the Schaller 456 Stud Mount Bridge (75$):

But this kind of bridges need an angled neck (respect to he body profile) and
this is something i hate because it destroys my playing technique. Also i could
not find anywhere a 7-string version of this one.

In fact i reckoned this chance (buy a tremol-no unit), but for any reason i have
the feeling that a *real* fixed bridge would offer more sustain and improved
tuning stability

Amen. I blocked mine on my S7420 and it works perfect for me.

My JS has the FX Edge lo Pro. Awesome bridge. The only time I've ever seen them on a 7 was a couple of Dino's LACS guitars, never a product. Which is a bummer, because that would rule on a production 7.
