Christopher Woods RGA7 Update

Got an email from Christopher Woods today on my RGA7 body and just thought I'd share. It still needs the blackburst sprayed and the cavities and body blacked, followed by clear coat. I can't wait for this to be finished

That looks incredible Steve. I am really having a hard time imagining what black burst will look like on that finish but I'm sure it will be great. I really like the way it looks now though... Great lookin' pieces of wood he got you.

Yeah honestly if it wasn't for the nick next the 5 way switch I'd tell him not to burst it... the burst is pretty much to cover that nick

Looks great. Are you going to keep a little bit of that natural edge on it though?

and u were just bitchin at me on jemsite that CW hasnt emailed you in 2 months o_O Hes getting more reliable and caught up lately man.

If you dont mind tho, can you PM me the cost of the finish? and was the flamed top already there or did he add it to the body? Im considering doing something similar with my specs for my CW guitar that I gotta send him like tomorrow.

now that i think about it, you have too many cool guitars coming your way.
you should offload one (or two) of them.

Yeah it's going to have natural binding, so the entire edge of the top will be natural.

The finish on this was free. I bought the flame topped RGA7 body from Chris's store and he nicked it while getting ready to do the knob routes, so he gave me a number of options on how to proceed. The one I chose was to have him finish it.

I have to admit I was shocked I got a response within 24 hours after emailing him.
