Hi there! This is my new guitar!

It's a Samick STK 777, made in 2000, so I can say it's old. Alder body, Duncan Designed PU's, floyd copy, 22 frets.

What I like in it: first of all, it's beautiful

The body wood has a very nice grain, and the amber finish is very nice, and the neck has got a very nice gloss finish too. I like this type strat headstock, the black hardwear, and the jack on top. It's neck is good.
What I don't like is: The pots make noises and it's suddenly mutes the guitar if I start turn it down. The pickups, well, in the neck it's ok, at the bridge, well, I like to use chords with overdrive and the whole thing blurs together. Also the action is pretty high, and it's hard to reace the highest frets.
But it was only something like 225$, so it was very cheap, and I can change the pots and the pickups, and if I do that, it will be a great guitar. Also I must block it somehow, becouse I want to downtune it half-step down, and I don't use it trem. (The block the trem, I just need to put a piece if wood between the bodywood and the trem?)

That's a pretty decent 7 to start with. It reminds me of my Squier.
