What would happen if you bought like 4 different packs of different Guages...and
Put Thick ass guages on the low B. E. A, and D like...48-58-and 68
Would that be alright? ( if its possible.)

You can try anything you want. You will need to adjust your truss rod and maybe make the hole in your tuner a bit bigger.

There's .060 guage guitar strings and .060 guage bass strings. they're built a bit different (the ball end on the bass is bigger, and bass strings are double wrapped). And nope, it doesnt affect the neck, you may have to adjust the truss rod. Guys use plenty bigger strings. Jeff from NEvermore uses a .070 in Bb.

If you really want to know what i'd do, i'd buy a pack of 10-52's for your first 6 strings and a .065 or bass string (or a guitar string, if they have them, they're usually a bit cheaper if its a guitar string -- Bass strings are easier to actually FIND in the 64-66 range, cause no one besides 7 stringers usually use anything bigger than 52-54). Most guitar stores only stock guitar strings up to around 56 or so, in my experience.

Glory and praise to Thee, Satan, on high,

Vanquished, silent, dreaming eternally.
Grant that my soul some day rest close to Thee
Under the Tree of Knowledge which shall spread
Its branches like a Temple overhead.

why not just tune to A standard? (E down to D)

a standard+ 10's will give you normal tension across the board

Isn't the general rule though to go up a gauge every half step down you tune to keep the same feel of what you would normally use?

so .010's would feel like .008's tuned down a whole step. I think I would use .011's for a whole step down in A standard.
