green91 is headed in the right direction.
How does the 7321 compare to the 7421 or 7621? difference mainly in the pickups? Ive been considering picking one up with the intention of swappin te pickups and modifying it

The main difference after pickups is the neck and place of manufacture.

The 7421's and 7621's are both made in Japan with the really thin, fast Wizard I neck, wheras the RG7321's have been made in Korea (and more recently Indonesia) and have the fatter, more 'D' profiled Wizard II neck.

The RG74/76's both recieve HAND finishing on the neck for a more perfect feel and in my opinion piss all over the RG7321.

Also, the RG74/76 have Gotoh machineheads and the bridges are of slightly better quality. Its quite a subtle difference, but the 7621 is definitely using a different bridge from the 7421.

Yes - the bridges are very different from the rg7421 and rg7621. The saddles on the 7621 are much better. Also the RG7621 came with larger strap buttons so that your strap doesnt come off.

I think the 7321s are nice and I like pickguards but if I had one, i'd refinish it.
