White Bobbin toppers ---> LP7 ---> ???

I voted leave it all black. Normally I would say yeah, use the toppers, but there's just something bad assed about that flat black finish with all the black hardware on those Les Pauls. All it needs is a blank ebony board and it would be the ultimate black guitar.

Speaking about flat black finish, how the hell do you clean it?!?
Fingers grease marks are kind of hard to remove...

I know it's already been discussed somewhere here, but i just can't find it.

I don't know. It looks like pickups are a bit different in size... wich i don't get.
It's either that or a manufacturing problem with the bobbins.

I measure my pups they both are same 7.5 cm from side to side <--->

Btw your bridge pup are closer to strings than neck pup?

Looks like a case of f-spaced bridge and non-f-spaced neck pickup. I'd imagine that the toppers themselves match one another, it's the pickups that aren't the same. Measuring from one side of the bobbin on each pickup won't tell you crap. It's the distance between pole pieces that's causing the misalignment... at least from what I can tell. Good luck getting it remedied.

That's what I was thinking. Gibsons generally have differently spaced neck and bridge pickups, so it would make sense that the Epis have the same kind of thing going on.
