![]() | So my plan fell through... I was gonna upgrade my squier slowly (new neck, then new body, making a whole new guitar) but that's too complicated, plus it would be missing a string I think I'll ask for some money for my birthday (September 18th), then I'll ask for money for Christmas. After I get all that money, I think I'll buy an Ibanez RG7321 and upgrade the pickups. Good plan? ![]() |

![]() | Just wondering, what would be a good Metal type pickup for a 7? I don't think I want to route the body for a 707... Maybe some of those new regular sized SD Blackouts? Oh, I would also keep this in Open C. What could I use for the Low G? .70? Will a .70 fit in the nut and tuner? |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Maybe a blaze? Thats what I'm putting in mine. I have to saw into my tuning peg with a .66 on mine. So I don't know if yours will fit. Check out the vids of the new blackouts, see if you like 'em. Too much blood in my alcohol system |

![]() ![]() | X2Ns are great for being a very metal pickup and have plenty of dynamic range, plus the split and out of Phase modes are totally killer. I'm assuming he's going to want to mass produce these rack pies, and why not? I love racks, I love pies, so put them together and you have pie covered titties. - JJ Don't thank me, thank the wombat rapist. - Jamie Mah Deviantart Myspace The Many Faces of Egoraptor |
