7 String for about 900 US

Throw reccomendations my way, I might sell my 007 elite to get a new guitar in about this price range. About 1500 AUS, 899US. I can buy from here or the US.

Guitars ive been looking at:

Carvin DC727 (hard to find one for that price, I havent liked the 2nd hand ones Ive seen on ebay)

Jeff Loomis (The guitar or the man himself)

Black-Jack (dano why I'd want one over a 007 exept that It would be brand new and Ive always wanted one, I wish I could have both ......)

Im a bit nooby with ibanez's at the moment. But there sweet to.

And if anyone has anything for sale in that range who will post to Aus let me know!

It's hard to give you any recommendations when you haven't told us what you want from a guitar.
Some details you could consider: neck thickness, scale length, pickups (active/passive), bridge type (fixed/trem/double-locking), body wood, amount of frets, appearance, etc.

If you like slim necks and double-locking trems, the RG1527 or a second hand RG7420 or 7620 is the way to go.

Im open to anything, Im really not that fussy with guitars, I like active and passive pickups, preferably a trem but not manditory. Just wana see all my options in this area and you guys know your guitars . Actually I have one preference, I like cool finishes, guitars like the 1527 just dont appeal to me that much VISUALLY, although Im sure its a great guitar.

I would have to say the schecter c-7 blackjack, I tried it a couple of weeks ago and the neck was really sweet, I really enjoyed it over the hellraiser, so far the c7 blackjack is the best 7-string I have tried.

Wiz is just really nice
I'd wait a bit for a good carvin to pop up on ebay. They tend to go for about 40% of what people paid for them originally and they're mostly in good condition.

Nice, I was looking at it, I'd like to own it but to part with my schecter I need something I REALLY like.

I'd love a nice carvin, how much would they usually go for in a dollar amount? I guess it depends on the features.
