Well, when i had my Schecter my first goal was to get DiMarzios in there, but at least the stock pickups were pretty damn good stock pickups (Duncan 59 & JB). I just like DiMarzio more. Whereas, the only Ibanez stock pickup worth keeping is the New7 neck. I dont even think they put those in anything anymore.

I think you're right!

The two six strings in the pictures here IBANEZ SHRG1Z HR GIGER (the metal one and the black one on the right) are the ones I played and all of these are made in Korea. The SHRG1Z is a prestige so I guess I assumed that the RG with the same scheme next to it was as well considering they both had huge price tags (the metal one was on the wall for 4 grand and the black one was well over $1000). Looking at it in this picture, however, I see that the one on the right does in fact say "RG" instead of prestige. I apologize for my mistake! Still, tho... $4000 for a Korean Prestige (no matter how metal) is

For Sale:

Ibanez RG7CT w/ UV case - $1800 plus ship/paypal

2008 PRS Custom 24 10 Top w/ case - $2200 plus ship/paypal
