7 string RGA
anyone think Ibanez will make a 7 string RGA?
i'd be the first to get one and throw in some emgs *drool* lol especially after seeing Buz from Unearth's custom one wow beauty!! |

That would be nice, but knowing Ibanez it would be made in Indonesia or Korea, cost $1499 and still have terrible stock pickups. If they made the RGA321F model they have but in a 7, I'd definitely get it if it was reasonably priced.

I was talking with the Ibanez representive about that last year and he said that the RGA series is really popular among a certain group of people, but it hasn't gotten enough popularity to be made into a production line 7-string. He said that depending on how many people ask for one, it might get made in the future, though.

Chris Woods is actually doing an RGA body for me to be paired with the neck/hardware off of an RG7620.
He's apparently finally working on painting the body that was supposed to have been finished and shipped to me by 5/18/07   Pics of the body are here: Exotic wood guitar body CT1

That's a fucking HOT top, though.
 Looks like it has less arch than a RGA, but whatever, it'll be gorgeous when finished.
