(first post!) And I'm thinking about taking them up on the offer...

Only problem is, I need to replace it with another 7 string, and funds are tight.

My 7420.. is to be honest, not on great shape - It's not dinged up or scratched up at all, however the intonation is all out of wack, the neck.. seems.. really dry and not in good shape.. etc. I don't like the pickups at all and want to replace them. So I'm not really happy with it at the moment. I haven't really even played it properly for a few years..

So I am looking to replace it with an RG1527.

I will probably be able to sell my 420 for half of what the RG1527's go for new. Is it worth the money? Or should I just stick with my 420 and get her fixed up?

Second question, has anyone got pictures of the Royal Blue they have taken themselves? From the pictures I have seen online, I'm not sure if I am too keen on the colour...

Third question is it worth buying from ibanezrules.com? The price difference over the cheapest online price I could find is about $165USD (900 vs 1065). I will be importing it to Australia (so if anyone has any suggestions as of where to buy from here). Closest Aussie price I could find is ~1500USD!
