Finda a Carvin 727 or 747 ... most have ebony boards and you can get one with a floyd. Best bang for the buck if you keep the options down.

Does it need to have an FR tremolo specifically? If you loosen your options to full floating trems in general, you get quite a few of the awesome Ibanez trems, which are in my opinion, better than the FR, like the Edge Pro.

By the way, the HHS pickup configuration on the Stephen Carpenter sig is AWESOME. You can get a mega gain bridge pickup like a Lundgren M7, a medium gain one in the middle like a Bareknuckle Holy Diver or something, and then a nice smooth lead neck pickup (I was thinking of a Bareknuckle Trilogy).

Whether it's laughable or irrational, this is the path that ALL great men walk!
If there's a wall in our way, we'll destroy it!
If there's no road, we'll pave it with our own hands!
The magma in our hearts is blazing like flames!
Who the hell do you think we are?

This is only valable inside the US/Canada, mainly because you get the 50% off deal. Everywhere else it's NOT cheap.

Well, there you go, except it misses the most important part, it's not a 7 string.

Ibanez RG7321
Line 6 PODXT Live -> Carvin TS100 -> Carvin 4X12"

If you can deal with having a rosewood board, this is your answer:

Almighty asmodeus, existant of chaos
Ominous be thy name
Thy kingdom come on earth
Lead me into all temptation of my flesh
So I may trespass greatly into
Thy ways by my desires
