Wow, that IS nice... and I'm usually not into those pointy shapes. I wonder how much a custom Ran would cost... I think I'm off to write them a mail.

Not a fan of this shape at all but this has to be one of the nicest if not the nicest one i've seen.

With shipping my quote was $2800cad for a Soloist style 7 string and wait time is 10-12 months..

Craftsman ship looks great, but uhhhh... What a horrible shape. To each their own.

I like Ran. However, it doesn't look "right" as a 7. If it was an 8, the headstock would look better.

Does that have the same neck profile as an ML? V shaped? I like ML's, they look comfy, but I don't like how closely associated they are with Dime.

Lastly, wasn't it Dime that said
"Why play a 7 when you can't even play a 6?"

That is sick as shit, i love it.. i have actually thought about that shape as an 8 cause it is honestly one of the most comfy shapes i have ever played. And no i dont believe dime ever fucked around on a 7 but he did tune down to B and alot of other heavy tunings in his later days.
