Slightly OT -- Shipping Question

Hey guys,

I'm wondering if any of you have ever sent a guitar from the US to Canada or vice versa. If so, what's the cheapest and most reliable form of freight between the two countries, and what would you recommend? Thanks for any help/response to this question.

As for your question, ship it USPS.

USPS or if you have a FedEx account FedEx International Ground was like $35 or so when I sent my Schecter 007 to Canada if I recall. It was a while ago, but if I remember you have to log in to your account and prepare the shipment online to use that shipping method.

Dude - prices have increase a lot recently. It cost me a left nut to ship a guitar to Michigan from California via USPS Priority. And this was the cheapest method I found.

Apparently its because the size of the box that its sent in - they now consider it irregular sized and thus you pay a lot more.
