Patience young padawan, you too will learn the blessing of the bolt-on neck.Jokes aside, I'm also considering a C-7 Hellraiser, but I also want a guitar to experiment with

Id get it... Schecter is awesome! It doesnt matter what guitar you get from them, they are always top quality for the price.

i beg to differ

nothing wrong with a bolt on! i own the normal omen 7 and i can tell you with a pup change it fucking sings man, if youve been offered an awesome deal, just buy it, swap the pups out for a JB/59 or Duncan Dist/Jazz and it will really scream.

Sounds really good, I think I've gotten enough positive replies to take the offer. I've never heard the sound of those pups, do you know of any soundclips of them?
Edit: I found clips... I liked the dist in neck position. and the jazz in bridge, but what about a x2n in bridge? I pla mainly metal atm, so I need a high output pup

give the duncan distortion a go or the invador, or yeah the X2N in the bridge does sound really nice, theyre all high output, but the invador and distortion would be my best bet, as for the neck, SD 59' or SD Jazz, nothing beats them IMO
