A tale of transatlantic dumbass-ness...
I bought a black 7620 from musicboyy on here last year, and it came with a UV case. He told me that everything was cool, except the button to release the latch was a little bit funny, that you have to wiggle it to get it open. And when I got it, that was indeed the way it seemed to be. And I've been doing that since then.
But I've only just found out that both he and I had been pushing the button the wrong way. Push it the other way and it opens.

I had that problem when I got my 7620 5 years ago, for about 5 minutes.
