Not if they're voiced remotely like EMG's. I could deal with the neck maybe, but the bridge... the 707 is voiced like a singlecoil, with most of its frequency range falling in a narrow range. It makes for a kickass neck pickup lead tone, but unless you're running absurd amounts of gain, the broader midrange of a passive 'bucker just gives you more girth for a rhythm tone.
Besides, the blackouts are passive sized. ![]()

It's alot more solid than a Hellraiser. I think it's the Ash body. You can feel the quality of the guitar playing it unplugged even.
