There's my vote for best Universe (Jem) EVER!!! How are you getting a D-Activator in the middle? I can't tell but it doesn't look like it was routed for 3 hums, and they don't have a single coil d-activator to my knowledge....?

Actually.........I had wanted a Evo single in the middle.........but they are seriously back ordered for an unknown period of time. Patrick told me that he had a Dactivator single for it and wanted to know if I wanted to go that route, or wait for the back order. Well.................I dont wanna wait. Other then that.........I have no idea.
Just to answer a question about the neck...........Christopher Woods built the neck and body. All the guts & hardware are Ibanez. I dont know how well the pic really shows it.........but the pyramids are black & white swirled. As far as we know........the first ever swirled pyramid inlay! Patrick Sims & Christopher Woods really went above & beyond on this one. I plan on posting more pics & details as things progress..........and after I have her in my hands. Im glad y'all like it............and thank you for the kind welcomes. Ive been a Jemsite member for quite a while. Patrick Sims turned me on to this forum.......Im glad he did!

You can order bodies & necks thru Sims Customs. He is an awesome custom artist & finisher! He is actually coming out with his own line of guitars that he designed . He is an excellent guy to work with. He cares a great deal about how good of a product he turns out. If it takes a little longer to complete.....then it takes a little longer to complete.......but the end result is well worth it. He doesnt take short cuts. If youre into swirls...hes becoming one of the top dogs out there in my opinion
