Headstocks look very very similar, body shapes always kind of do based of the standard superstrat, but no recessed controls.

I'm not trying to say that Agile ripped off the Maverick, more that it looks like they came from the same factory. The slim horn are very similar and they both have the string through location a long way back from the bridge. The Agile has the nice carved top though, and the Maverick's neck through. At £200 it's almost tempting to get it and put my EMG's in it.

I knew I recognized that Agile Headstock from somewhere. It's not exactly the same, but it is very, very similar. That Maverick Species 7 looks pretty cool actually. I'm suprised they didn't sell more of those things.

Me, too. My (six string) Maverick F-1 is a very good guitar (especially for the price), although I think they've altered the specs now so they no longer have the bubinga skunk stripe - otherwise I'd get another one...
