Thanks dude!, I remember seeing photos of his neck and thats what I was thinking of when I said quartersawn but I might be wrong.

I should have the DY body back soon so Ill be able to put the 7620 back together and use it on our tour in a month.

Either way, does anyone know of a shop that does fretboard replacement?

It may end up just being a whole new neck but then I would have to deal with getting a logo.

Why is that? Seems like lots of companies offer replacement ibanez necks and this one would be pretty simple. Quartersawn maple and black dots.

If you go to "prices" then about halfway down the page it says "Replace fingerboard (including refret)" That sounds like what your looking for I think.

Thats what Im looking for but I could probably get a new custom neck for less than the $500 that will cost me in the end.

Well, I'm not saying getting a replacement neck is impossible, but getting a logo is still much easier. Just look on eBay, there's one guy selling two Ibanez logos for $5 or something like that.
