PWH Twins (56K grab a drink)

I had planned to get these all cleaned and setup before posting pics, but my basement flooded so I'm busy cleaning. Before I go back to the fun I wanted to get these online.

The younger of the twins has seen some abuse. She's the '91 UV7PWH I scored off of ebay. The toggle is a killswitch, the circular damage is where the original owner apparently installed strap locks for some reason

The weird thing about this guitar is that even though the body is beat to hell, the hardware is absolutely flawless.

The older twin is this lovely '90 UV7PWH formerly owned by Zimbloth

Maybe the previous owner had no sweat glands and lived in a vacuum?

Awesome pics! The "beat up" one doesn't look half as bad as I thought I remembered it did. Congratulations!

Must have been. Even the neckplate is completely clean, and that NEVER happens on these. It's just weird

Looks nice man, I like the less "omg bright white" pickguard on the older one, that newer one is like o__O you get blinded by it

It's guitars like the UV that make me wish I could get more comfortable with thin Ibby neck carves!

Actually it's all lighting angle in the photo... the guard on the '91 is actually not as bright white as the one on the '90

See I'm sort of surprised you like the JP7 then to be honest as the neck on that is pretty thin

Thats f'ed up wierd how clean the hardware is on the '91. Based on where that retarded relocated strap pin was Ill bet you money the dude played Jeff Healey Style and thats why the neck plate is flawless. How many freakin UV's you up to now?
