I remember when the Loomis Sig first came out some people were wondering what it would look like without the maple board. So while i was board i made a mock-up version.

Keep in mind these were only done in Ms Paint

I never had a problem with the maple and i still like it better. I personally think without the maple it just looks boring? But yeah.

Here's the Loomis with HellRaiser Inlays.

I think it looks much better with those inlays rather than the dots. But i dunno?

I think the Rosewood Hellraiser neck and the Orignal Maple neck are equally as awsome.

It looks like a flippin hellraiser with a floyd on the rosewood mockup. Rubbish imo.

I must say i really prefer the rosewood, the maple really throws me off the whole guitar really IMO
