JoshIsNumber3 is on a distinguished road
I tried to place an order with him in like November, before the big frenzy started and he postponed taking orders for a little while and it took for ages to hear from him. I finally got an email in March telling me that he appreciated my interest, but he was unable to make business with me right then.

So basically, I couldn't give less of a fuck.

Atleast he isn't like all the others and basically jumping ship. He's doing his best with the high demand, and this is unfortuanate for those wanting to place an order, but it's a god send for those with curent orders (like me) and those on the waiting list (like...me )

The fact that he is still building for the Store is moore than I expected. I was expecting a cut off all together for custom parts.

nyck is just really nicenyck is just really nice
I'm glad he's actually putting a stop to it though instead of getting 'too' drowned in work orders like many other online luthier businesses.

Yea, im on the wait list too...maybe 10-12 from the top when he removed the list from his website. I emailed them last week to change up the custom slightly (from hardtail to trem equipped neck) and havn't heard anything back since my last contact in maybe Feb/March.

They'll be sending out emails to those on the waiting list once they are ready to start working on the orders, to see who is still interested. I think at that point would be when you could bring up spec changes.

The level or cool or suckiness of thise will depend on what makes it to his store. I imagine it'll be like Warmoth's showcase. If he build nice stuff people want like those Speed Guitars it will all be peachy keen. If it's super exotic and borderline tacky stuff then I'm not so excited.

The only proof he needed for the existance of God was music.

Nice to hear that Chris it's having a lot of work, but the crappy thing it's that he's not going to take orders in some time.

Here we have Daniels custom guitars. He has a lot of work too, and he make some serious RGs!

I think we need to give CW two or three months to see how this pans out. After all, as two wise men once said:

Derek Smalls: "...and clever."

I think what he's trying to do is get the current load off his back and get all customs out of the way then start all over. Thats what it seems to me.
