I say you should fix them... only cuz i am looking at them right now, and if the process is as easy and trouble free as it seems then it should make the guitar look amazing when its done!
It already sounds bad ass so you might as well fix the cosmetics to go along with it! |

If you're sure you can get it to work, go for it.

I put a dab on a small chip on the back to test it out first before moving on to the big ones. They're going to be difficult because they're right on the edge. I'll let you all know how she turns out. This super glue is a bit thick so it might be okay on the edges, but it also worries me because any super glue I've used in the past has been really thin, like water. This stuff might have something in it to thicken it which might make it not be clear.

Leave it be. Chrips = character, and character = sex.

I'm not a big fan of chips or character. I clean and take care of my stuff religiously. Scratches, dirt, all that shit makes me freak out. Hell, I won't touch someone else's guitar if it's too dirty, it freaks me out. It's kind of surprising that I'm like that, especially if you know me and have seen my room, and desk, and pretty much anywheres I spend any amount of time

I think the trem claw thing is a mod that no one would really mind about. It's not irreversible, and it's tucked away out of site.
As for refinishing, it depends upon how confident you are in this technique and your ability to do it. If you're not gonna get very good results, you might want to bear in mind that for resale value, chips are probably more widely accepted than finish anomalies like this technique may cause. Also, the guitar in that post was a flat colour. Is it going to be less effective on your CT? But I understand your concern, dude. I have 2 guitars with dings in (bought like that), and I'd like them fixed. I like my guitars pristine over dinged up.
