... And all I did was desolder a few wires and replace them with new ones. So now my ESP HSC-7 has new Bare Knuckle Nailbombs in the bridge and middle. The neck single coil is actually really nice (and a legit single) so it stays. The work took a long time because I was taking everything slow and carefully heatshrinking every set of wiresand tying back the coil wires and all that jazz. The whole thing was arduous because I was putting $350 pickups into an $1800 guitar. Stressful. But all went well and everything works perfectly. The stock duncans were decent rock pickups but the Bareknuckles have a much more balanced tone that is a bit smoother but also somehow more aggressive and tight. A very nice change that balances better with the single coil. This is all at low volumes through the Uber since its 3 a.m. and I just finished the work. I didn't take photos but Ill try and post a finished photo soon. Everything looks stock except there are no duncan logos on the pickups like there were before. Ill make it up to you guys with the DY 7620 reassembly.

i just use electricians tape at the end of the main insulation wire

I just used heat shrink tubing to keep everything clean. Electrical tape gets kinda goopy after a while. The pickups also had a ridiculous amount of lead. At least 16 inches!
