Awesome axes dude! BTW, that IS the 2027 Nick (Zimbloth) used to own. Keeping it in the SS.org family! You said the neck shape of the RG2027 is more rounded and C shaped, and the S7320 has a flatter D shaped neck to it, right Christopher?

Fuck it, you only live once!

I'm not sure I'd say the 2027 has a C shape exactly, it just feels a little meatier. Maybe that does mean it's more of a C shape. The two S's are closer together in neck dimensions, they're just a little different.

The 7420 is the flattest thinnest of the three followed by the 7320 and then the 2027 is the roundest. The 2027 is by far the heaviest. It's not in Les Paul land quite but it's definitely a chunk of wood. It's also the warmest (at least with the current pickups on board).

I have that combo in my mahogany carvin and it works well. I have the evo/an combo in my cst, and I'm starting to like the evo less and less in that guitar. It just sounds flat and muddy. . . but the blaze sounded thin and sterile.

The DS7 is noisy, but not so noisy. It's fine for live use. My engineer in the studio hates it though, so I'm trying to find something that will work in the rg7cst. Maybe I should try the dactivator or xn7.
