Kinda Worried...

Ok so a few nights ago I bought 2 pickups off TMM from the forum.

I was talking to him all the up to sending the money, but when I sent the money, he stoped responding. Does anyone know if he's away for the weekend on a holiday or anything? I'm slightly worried as this is my first transaction on the internet.

He's a good guy, I wouldn't worry about it. Chances are he's just away for the weekend.

Oh thats good. I was kinda worried, thats the reason I stay away from eBay. Can't trust that place as far as I can throw it

Theres no reason to not trust eBay. If you have the common sense to only buy from a reputable seller (and there's also ebay/paypal protection safeguards), it's no less safe than anything else. The money someone would make from ripping you off on a pickup deal would not be worth it to get a negative feedback and hurt their ability to sell in the future.

I bought my Ergo 9 from him and the transaction went flawlessly - I wouldn't hesitate to buy from him again

So I shouldn't ship my UV COD to the dude on eBay from Saudi Arabia with zero feedback?
