Wow, I never thought I'd have THIS 7... (56k...seriously, WHY?)
Well, I couldn't let new guitar day go ALL to Nick (Zimbloth), so I decided to do a picstory for my new axe that arrived today!
 Well, what do we have here? I wasn't expecting a Schecter bass to be coming in...  Better get the appropriate tools...  A small coffin...umm, I'm a bit worried here...  ...could this be for....  Oh sweet Jesus! I don't know whether to be excited for the guitar or relieved it's not a dead Noodles-in-a-coffin!   A guitar I thought I would never own...the one and only: Ibanez RG1077XL!  And now I present to you, cheap-crappy-photography-equivalent-to-entry-level-adult-film-guitar-porn! Headstock shot...  Body shot...  Neck/Headstock shot...  Angle shot...  Another body shot, shows off the metallic blue flake to the finish...   Dark shot of the back of the headstock/neck...  Back of the neck...  Back body shot...  So far, I am loving this guitar! It sounds so clear and articulate, and the neck has this rouded C shape to it but is still pretty thin, just a little thicker than my old S7420, and I love it! I had to lower the middle single coil cause it got in the way, but thats okay cause I hardly ever use it. I can't wait to give this baby a real test cranked through my rig! Wow, that's a beautiful guitar there man!!! I always had a weak spot for the1077XL - quality, tone, playability and aesthetics, it's all there.

That's yummy! My first Ibby was supposed to be a 1077XL, but they stopped making them and sold out seriously the day before I was supposed to order it
