Not bad. I prefer Ibanez and fender but it's good too. Go for it

Hey!

I too have been looking at this guitar and I'm considering buying it.
For what it's worth I've heard only good about these guitars. But not the C-7 FR in particular though...

I am to wondering about this, so bumping this question to the top.

I don't think anyone on the board tried one yet (the C7-FR).
But you'll find lots of praise towards Schecter guitars...

i hear that the SD version of EMGs arent too bad...

lol ironically ive seen a lot of thick schecter necks warp very very heavily with normal use and storage- IMHO ibanez/jackson/fender quality control is much much better... i dont like non japan/us made guitars (yeah yeah whatever custom builders aside)

Still haven't tried it. Wish it had an Avenger body, instead of the same old strat shape. But, it's probably good. There's a video and a couple of threads here about it. I think it would work well with the extended scale and floyd.
