Carvin V sevenstrings

I was just over at Carvin.com. Apparently with brisk sales of the Carvin V reissues people over there is the forum are starting to ask for 7 string version. I know I would hop on one of these IMMEDIATELY, does anyone else want to see this in a seven?

If they do, they'd better bust out that 7 in-line headstock!

You can't even order thier current 7 without a rounded body or with the string thru option.

How about a carved top DC 700 series

I'm kinda off the Carvin thing, but a 7-string "V-227" would be pretty tempting.

The reversed RR body shape just isn't my thing.

It took 10 years of begging them to bring back the X and the V. I don't think it would happen quickly.

Thing is, if the sales are as good as implied, now would be the time to campaign, it's not like they have much to engineer (they have the necks). Besides, I figure this should give them a boost once interest in the reissue dies down a bit, something we could also use as a bullet point when we sell them on the idea.
