Warmoth GAS

So, here's the deal: I'm considering making my next guitar purchase a Warmoth custom 7-string. I really like the looks of the two body styles they have up there (still undecided about which I like better, but I'm also broke so I have time to work out the specs ). I know it'll be a baritone neck on it, and either S-S-H (if I can find a good single coil pickup or two) or H-H, and definitely hardtail. I'll probably make it a completely natural finish, black or chrome hardware. Not sure of body woods yet, but it'll be a maple neck and rosewood or ebony fretboard. The kinds of tones I'm looking for are not extremely high-gain (definitely no EMGs), something that'll get a nice driven tone, and some really beautiful cleans, with lots of variety. I'm thinking Duncan pickups (JB bridge most likely). Inspired by this as far as looks go (though with a lighter, natural wood finish):
