No, there is no non-recessed 7-string Floyd out there, even among the licensed versions. I prefer non-recessed trems myself and wish that such a thing existed, but they haven't been a popular choice since the '80s, so I guess the manufacturers don't see any profit in offering them.

The neck angle on that RR7 would be appropriate for a non-recessed trem, if such a thing existed, but it won't work with a recessed trem. You'd have to get someone to custom fabricate a longer sustain block to retrofit onto the non-recessed version of the trem, and that would cost $$$. You'd seriously be better off ordering a semi-custom from Jackson Stars. Since you want a Floyd, I doubt you'd be happy in the long run with this particular guitar as it is.
