That was one of the biggest songs that got me into nevermore and into 7strings, sound of silence is another one but I think that was done on a 6 string

Masterplan: What'd Dark Tranquility use on the song "Lost to Apathy"? That's my fav of their new stuff. I think it's a 6 string but some tell me a 7

Most of the stuff on Character was downtuned to Drop C# [C# G# C# F# A# D#] The stuff from Fiction is alot easier to rearrange because it's downtuned to Drop B [B F# B E G# C#]. I've never read or heard of them using a seven in any recording. I saw them live and they played Lost To Apathy on a 6. So, most likely it was downtuned 6.
