There's this horrifically complicated peice I play all the time - it's called "Drew improvises on a seven." It's so complicated because it changes every time you play it.

Looks like Fear Factory has been covered. How about Brujeria? La Ley de Plumo is simple as hell, but it's pretty fun. Sepultura tunes to B I think. R0000+5!! That song is also easy as hell but pretty fun.
