Please help focus my GAS

Hello,

I am thinking about getting a new guitar. I already own and love an rg-7321 with an Evo-7 in the bridge. I also have a Schecter Omen-7 which I don't really care about because of the neck profile and the fact that it's got clearcoat on it.

Now, I am considering some options:

Apex2
S7320
SC-607B
1527
RG7EXFX

I want:

- a thin, D-Profile Neck
- to be able to set very low action
- 27" would be nice, I tune to drop a and a longer scale would work for me
- Mahogany would be nice, also I don't like the color of the 1527 too much
- pickups can be swapped, but I'm not too sure if I'm going to like the EMG sound
- (and I won't get it) a guitar that looks like it's actually made out of wood?? I mean, is it so hard to provide us with a 600-1100€ priced guitar that has a nice wood finish? /rant

I don't care if it:

- has a tremolo
- is neck-through

Basically I want a guitar with good potential and nice playability, but the other things...I'm not sure how to balance them. My dream would be, a fixed bridge, mahogany, flame maple top (see through black), prestige neck, 27" scale, passive humbucker guitar with an S-shape. But that even though I think many people would buy it, it seems years away (if at all).

How would you decide?

Any alternatives will be welcome, but keep in mind I live in germany and it should be avaliable here.
