musicboyy is a jewel in the rough
I came very close to special ordering one... It was a toss up between the Loomis and the RG1527RB. I absolutely schecters, but the Ibanez came with a case, MIJ, was a little bit cheaper, and I was craving an Ibanez again (a shiney new one).

The only thing I don't like about the Loomis (and alot of the sig models) is the exclusion of a tone knob. I just like the option of using it...especially with EMGs. Oh well, I recently got an older Schecter C-7 from Ebay that already had professionally installed EMG 707s...ash body...maple neck...transparent red...TONE KNOB! I like to think of it as a Loomis-Lite model.

the great thing about the tone knob is you can always add one by adding a two-tier pot or a pushpull pot, so you can have two pots in one hole.

Glory and praise to Thee, Satan, on high,
Where Thou didst reign, in Hell where Thou dost lie,
Vanquished, silent, dreaming eternally.
Grant that my soul some day rest close to Thee
Under the Tree of Knowledge which shall spread
Its branches like a Temple overhead.

Ed Carlino is the guy that I bought my hellraiser 7 from. (Carlinoguitars.com)
Great guy to deal with.
I need to get over there and check one of these out.
My Carvin basically replaced the need for one of these, but who knows?
if I get it in my hands and I like it, it may come home with me

Can I be the devil on your shoulder?
