Exclamation Stolen gear in St Paul, MN

Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but feel free to move it if it isn't. Some buddies of mine had their gear stolen recently. A lot of it was 7 string stuff so I figured it wouldn't hurt posting it here because I know a few of you guys are from MN. I don't have any pictures, but they've already filled out a police report and they do have serial numbers on some of the gear.

This is from Facebook:
Quote:
ATTENTION: We had a bunch of equipment stolen from the Demonicon/Daigoro practice space last night. 2 Ibanez Universe guitars, one black and green, one black with the pyramid art, and a black pickguard(normally mirror pickguards on those) a custom V, similar to a BC Rich V. All 7 strings. An Ampeg SVT 4 Pro with a cartman sticker on the logo, in a rack case with a tuner. The amp will now have a locking speakon cable broken off in the back of it, since they couldn't figure out how to undo it. A Peavey Triple X amp head, a Crate GT3500 Shockwave head, and a 5 string black Ibanez bass with active EMGs installed. 1 Voodoo lab foot controler. 2 Steve Vai Bad Horsey wah pedal. 3 Boss NS2 noise suppressor. Rack case with Korg tuner and Furman power conditioner.
If any of you local guys could keep a look out, that would be swell. Thanks.

shiiittt man that sucks hopefully they'll get their stuff back, and since 7 stringers are still a very niche market, they shouldn't be that hard to spot.

Can't do much from Texas, but I'm sending all my mojo in hopes that you find everything

I'm in the area (but in WI). I'll stop by my local guitar store. I know the owner so I'll ask if anybody's brought anything in like this to try to sell. Doubt if they'd be successful here, since I trust this guy & he does a pretty thorough check before buying/trading anything.

We don't have any pawn shops close by, so I can't help with that.

Hey, it's been a while. I'll check on craigslist for you but if you don't get any luck I can donate an NS-2 and some other stuff I'm not using. (Not my UV777 though...)

Hey man. It's not my stuff that got stolen, just some of my friends' gear. If they don't catch the guys who did it, I'll talk to them and see if they'll take you up on that.

Apparently this is a group of people who are hitting places all over the twin cities. They hit my school a few weeks ago but didn't make out with much. Either way, if word gets around enough they won't really be able to sell much of it. I've been keepin an eye out for anything suspicious on craigslist too. Oddly enough, there's two different UVs on there but neither match the descriptions of the stolen ones.
