The claim about it being involved with Korn might not be so far from the truth as the Orgy & Korn guys used to hang out as far back as the LAPD days. I think some of the Orgy guys might possibly have been in Sex Art with Jonathan Davis. Orgy were on Korn's own label for a while too.

All that aside though, it is Ryan's guitar, but I'd want more of a description, some pics proving the seller owns the guitar (maybe with a card bearing his Ebay name in the pics) and a seller with more feedback before considering dropping that kind of money on a guitar. I wouldn't pay that much for it either, maybe $2000 to $2500 at a push.
