I guess the RG7321 neck is a bit thicker too. If I remember correctly, the RG7620 has a Wizard-7 neck, while the RG7321 has a Wizard II-7.

I prefer the 7321 neck, it's really comfortable & the wizard II feels slightly slimmer than the wizard neck to me.

Personally i prefer the 7620 neck to the 7321 by a mile.
I've played different 7620's that had different feeling necks mind you,but the bubinga stripe 7620 neck on the 7620 i have at the moment is one of the best Ibanez necks i've ever played.

At the end of the day it's a personal preferance thing.

The 7620 is obviously gonna' be better quality wood and better build quality because it's a Jap-built compared to an Indonesian (or Korean if it's an older example)built 7321, but that's reflected in the price.
